2011 AMS Market Study

The 2011 AMS Market Study will be the sixth year for the annual Lehman Reports market study of association use and satisfaction. This research is the most comprehensive study of the association market for AMS solutions, and has quickly become the benchmark study for the industry.

Ratings of your product are included whether or not you subscribe to the Study. Your competitors will have access to these ratings and product comparisons. You should too.

Why do associations enter into a process to implement a new AMS? What are they looking for in a new system? What are the drivers that lead to a decision to upgrade current software versus purchase a new AMS product? These are data you can use to help target your new customer marketing. Focusing on the associations most likely to move to a new provider and the hot buttons for those associations can help you acquire new customers and increase your share of the market. Product satisfaction ratings enable you to understand competitor strengths and weaknesses, further refining your sales messages.

Actionable Market Intelligence to Improve Your Marketing Success

The annual report presents findings on purchasing triggers and decision factors, metrics on market share and trends, satisfaction ratings on more than 20 product and provider dimensions, and competitive insight.

How does your satisfaction for your product stack up against competing products?
What competitive advantages can you leverage to increase sales?
How are your products viewed by customers of other AMS products - your future customers?
What features and functionality most important to customers?
Where are the greatest opportunities to acquire new customs?
Findings from the study that you could use in your marketing and sales programs.

Subscriber companies receive a customized report tailored to provide market and competitive intelligence to help shape marketing strategies, refine sales presentations, and identify the most attractive market segments to help grow market share.

These additional response will be used after the overall market analyses to increase the accuracy of the findings for your company and product. In the future, this will be an additional fee option, but is available for the 2011 study at no additional cost.
