The annual AMS Use and Satisfaction Market Study is now in its fifth year. This research is the most comprehensive study of the association market for AMS solutions, and has quickly become the benchmark study for the industry.

In the summer of 2010, an interational version of the AMS Use and Satisfaction Study is being conducted with specialized designed surveys in Canada, Australia and the United Kingdom.

A new study, Association Technology Marketplace, will begin in the fall, 2010. This study examines the use and satisfaction of the wide array of technology applications employed by associations beyond the AMS.

Lehman Reports resources also include a growing number subject-specfic surveys including Innovation in Associations, planned Technology Purchasing by associations, and others.

Associations professionals who complete Lehman Reports surveys contribute to the knowledge base of the association community, help suppliers respond effectively to association needs, and have an chance of winning one of several technology rewards.
